Nature of Our Service

ANUSI SOFT provides custom digital social media post design services including:

  • Festival posts
  • Offer & promotion posts
  • Business announcements
  • Monthly design packages

All services are digital. No physical products are shipped.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
  • Prices are listed in INR (₹).
  • Work begins only after payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for incomplete or misleading information.

Trial Offer (₹1 First Post)

  • Available only for first-time customers.
  • Non-refundable.
  • Includes 1 minor revision only.
  • No full redesign under trial offer.
    This offer is for service testing purposes.

Revisions Policy

Each design includes limited minor revisions:

  • Single Post: 2 minor revisions
  • Monthly Packages: 2 minor revisions per post
  • Trial Post: 1 minor revision

A revision means:

  • Text correction
  • Small color adjustment
  • Minor layout tweak

A full redesign, theme change, or new concept is treated as a new order.

Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of draft delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed:

  • Within 2 hours for single posts
  • Within 6 hours for monthly packages
  • Only if work has not started

Once design work begins, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • Refunds are not available after work has started.
  • Trial orders are non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is approved before work begins, refund may be processed.

Refund approval is subject to management discretion.

Delivery Timeline

Clients must:

  • Provide correct content and details
  • Verify spelling, dates, and offers
  • Review and approve final design carefully

ANUSI SOFT is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

Intellectual Property

After full payment:

  • Final approved designs can be used by the client for business promotion.
  • ANUSI SOFT reserves the right to showcase designs in portfolio or marketing materials.

Editable source files are not included unless separately agreed.

Limitation of Liability

ANUSI SOFT is not responsible for:

  • Business performance results
  • Social media reach or engagement
  • Revenue impact
  • Platform algorithm changes

Our responsibility is limited to providing the agreed design service.

Abuse & Misuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to abusive customers
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • Restrict access to promotional offers if misuse is detected
